MOVE OUT FORM

Units must be left empty, broom-swept, and with all personal locks removed. Rental deposits will be returned by mail within 30 days of vacating the unit. A minimum 10-day written notice is required per the rental agreement. If less than 10 days’ notice is given, the remaining balance for the required period will be deducted from the rental deposit.
